The Ultimate Wedding Package - R 18 700 (9 hours) - 2 Photographers

Weddings : up to 100 guests only
R 950 per Additional Hour
R 3 500 per Additional Photographer (4.5 hours only)

The Budget Wedding Package - R 9 500 (5 hours only)
R 950 per Additional Hour
R 3 500 per Additional Photographer (3 hrs only)

One A4 Personalized Cover Photobook (40 page)
USB with all images captured on the day PLUS 60 Enhanced Images
One A2 or Three A4 Block Mounts

Just the Two-of-Us Wedding Package - R 5 500 (90 minutes only)
R950 per Additional 30 minutes
R 3 500 per Additional Photographer (90 min)

This includes
Four 20cm x 20cm Block Mounts
60 Enhanced Images on USB

THE IMPORTANT BITS
Additional Products will be added to your Invoice
Travel Fee will be added to your Invoice (AA Rates Apply)
Accommodation will be added to your Invoice, if the venue is further than 50km from my location
and when we have to capture after 18:00 (Apr to Aug) or 19h00 (Sep to Mar)
No Product will be delivered if the outstanding amount due to Ritzie,
has not been settled within 5 days from your wedding day.

WHY DO YOU COLLECT A DEPOSIT?

Most photographers would require some form of deposit upon booking and the amount varies from photographer to photographer. The deposit works both ways. For the photographer, it guarantees income for the day and brings in the much needed cash to run the business. As the client, you get the assurance that you’ll get the photographer that you’ve always wanted for your scheduled day.

WOULD YOU FORFEIT MY DEPOSIT?

Contractually speaking, once you decide not to go ahead with the session, the deposit is forfeited. That’s at least how my contract works.

BUT YOU’VE NOT DONE ANY WORK YET

Yes, you must also understand that once the date is reserved for you, I cannot accept any other bookings for your agreed date and timeslot. These are all income opportunities that I’ve turned down.
